OUR NEXT MEETING

You are invited to join us on Monday May 10th at 11 a.m. for the opportunity to have your voice heard by the U. S. Food and Drug Administration. HLAA is asking Chapter members, members of the hearing loss community, their family and friends to tell the FDA about what life is like living with hearing loss. HLAA has received permission from the FDA to hold this meeting. Please see this Chapter Blog post for more information.

 

At the meeting on May 10th we will discuss the following question:

• What it’s like to live with hearing loss • Concerns related to hearing loss • Your experiences in managing hearing loss • What meaningful treatments would look like to you

 

Sharon King, our Chapter's Advocacy Chair has offered to create a summary of the discussion that might be coordinated with HLAA for submission to the FDA as part of the late May presentation scheduled for FDA attendance.
